Federal Court Ruling: Police Can Kick In Your Door and Seize Guns Without Warrant or Charges

2nd and 4th Amendments violated with the court's blessing. Read the complete article at :

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals may have just dealt a serious blow to the U.S. Constitution.

In a unanimous decision earlier this month the Court determined that law enforcement officers are not required to present a warrant or charges before forcibly entering a person’s home, searching it, and confiscating their firearms if they believe it is in the individual’s best interests.

The landmark suit was brought before the court by Krysta Sutterfield of Milwaukee, who had recently visited a psychiatrist for outpatient therapy resulting from some bad news that she had received. According to court records Sutterfield had expressed a suicidal thought during the visit, perhaps tongue-in-cheek, when she said “I guess I’ll go home and blow my brains out.” This prompted her doctor to contact police.

For several hours the police searched for Sutterfield, speaking with neighbors and awaiting her return home. They received an update from her psychiatrist who said that Sutterfield had contacted her and advised that she was not in need of assistance and to “call off” the search, which the doctor did not agree to. Police eventually left and Sutterfield returned home, only to be visited later that evening by the lead detective on the case:

Christian Actress Candace Cameron Is "Controversial" for Being Traditional

From :

Words like “controversial” weren’t used as People magazine recently in a cover story and how her mother assured her that God approves of homosexuality. Instead, People saved that word for evangelical Christian actress Candace Cameron Bure in the May 5 issue.

The headline on the was “Faith, Family, and Full House: The former child star opens up about her controversial beliefs – and how they guide her life as a traditional wife and mother.”

Gomez highlighed how Bure believes in “wifely submission” and drew feminist criticism:

Bure’s beliefs – she’s a devout evangelical Christian – have made her something of a Hollywood outsider...A well-known author in Christian circles, Bure advocates for traditional marriage roles as described in the Bible, in which wives play a “submissive” role to their husbands.

Why Obama Calls Our Constitutional Republic a “Constitutional Democracy”

Read the whole thing at :

The Constitution explicitly guarantees a republican form of government (see ). Yet the ballyhooed Constitutional Scholar in Chief likes to call our constitutional republic a “constitutional democracy.” Here’s a recent example:

Maybe it isn’t just ignorance.  argues that Obama has his reasons for misrepresenting our form of government:

The country is being fundamentally transformed from a constitutional republic into a constitutional democracy. The difference between the two is the difference between the United States as it was established and present-day Europe.

Constitutional democracies do not have the safeguards of the separation of powers and states’ rights.

Democracy is an unbridled mobocracy. It is the tyranny of the mob. The constitution limits that but in the United States, we have other safeguards that limit the power of government and the power of the mob. The safeguards are the separation of powers between the executive and legislative branches and the separation of the individual states from the federal government.

Microchip implant will become necessary to live

.  From :

You might not like or believe it, but odds are something is tracking you. Your cell phone or other technological device you use on a daily basis has a RFID chip inside of it that documents your location. A transmitter can determine your location through a 15 digit code the chip releases. Those same microchips follow you all the way to the bank as well, and trace your moves with your debit card.

Technology is in a perpetual state of evolution. You might want to find a place to sit before you hear what the next step in the process is. Scientists believe that microchip implants eventually will become ““. That’s right, the same GPS technology wired into your phone could soon be on your person, and the Government will be able to track your every step. Literally.

Pelosi: “Whatever Was In That Email… I Don’t Think There’s Anything New There”

Kinda sounds like the old "you have to pass it to find out what's in it" concept. Sheesh. :

Which begs the obvious question, If she doesn’t know what’s in the email how does she know there’s nothing new?

Via :

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) says a newly released White House email listing Susan Rice’s Benghazi talking points “didn’t have any additional information,” and she’s not bothered that the email was released in response to a FOIA request instead of a congressional subpoena.

Referring to the controversial email, Pelosi said, “It wasn’t in the scope of the subpoena that — whatever his name is — Issa — was putting forth, did not include that email.”

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, is leading the congressional investigation into the attacks in Libya that killed four Americans on Sept. 11, 2012, as well as misleading information put out by the White House.

“Whatever was in that (email) — what I know of what I’ve read in the press about the — about those emails was very consistent with what was put out there before. I don’t think there’s anything new there.”
