Planned Parenthood to Teens: 'Nothing Bad or Unhealthy' About Promiscuity

Planned Parenthood shows it's responsible side by encouraging youth to go for as many notches in the bedpost as possible.  Why wouldn't they, it's good for business. :

"Hi kids, Planned Parenthood here, using your parents’ tax dollar to tell you about the joys of sleeping around! Now you may have heard that copulating like amnesiac wildebeests in season is something to be frowned upon. Nothing could be further from the truth! Cheap, loveless sex – wherever you can get it – is a cornerstone of a healthy, happy adolescence. Just be sure to stop by your local Planned Parenthood for condoms! No time for the condoms? We’ll catch you on the flipside. (Remember, there are no adverse mental or physical health effects from abortion.) So get out there and rack 'em up!"

OK, the pitch didn’t exactly go like that, but the effect was the same. Planned Parenthood advertised the message to teens this week via its teen  and  accounts by asking, “Is promiscuity a bad thing?”

Right-wing ObamaCare myths debunked

Written by .  Too funny not to share.

Man, I hate these stupid, crazy, tea bagging right wingers. So foolish, so uncivilized. They run around screaming like crazed anarchists about how they want to stop Obamacare. Damned idiots don’t realize that the government needs to be involved in our health care decisions; we’re too helpless and feeble to handle it ourselves — unless we’re making the “medical” choice to get an abortion, in which case, THIS IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS, YOU GOVERNMENT PIGS. GET OUT! I mean, leave your wallet on the table, ’cause I’m gonna need you to pay for this, but then GET OUT, JERK.

There are many scare tactics being used by the tea baggers in an effort to discredit Obamacare. Personally, I hate scare tactics. You should never let anyone scare you away from supporting socialized medicine, mostly because without it every poor person in the country will get sick and die. Anyway, like I said, I disapprove of scare tactics.

Gender abortions: criminal charges not in 'public interest'

Over in the UK, :

Doctors who agreed to arrange illegal abortions based on the sex of an unborn baby have been told they will not face criminal charges, despite prosecutors admitting that there is enough evidence to take them to court, it emerged on Wednesday night.

Every law legislates morality. The question is not “when?” but “whose?”

The Supreme Court resolved the constitutionality of blue laws in McGowan v. Maryland, 366 U.S. 420, 81 S.Ct. 1101, 6 L.Ed.2d 393 (1961)….The Court, in reviewing the history of blue laws, ruled that nonreligious reasons for the laws had been propounded since the 1700s. Secular argument for blue laws included the idea that it was good for the government to encourage people to take a day off work for rest and relaxation. In addition, the Court ruled that the employees could not make an Establishment Clause claim because they did not allege that their religious freedom had been infringed. They had only claimed the law had caused them economic harm.—

Obama Judicial Nominee Calls Abstinence Education ‘Unconstitutional’

I believe that sex ed should be the responsibility of the parents.  At the very least the parents should need to consent to the participation of their child in any program at school.

Abstinence is the most reliable, and moral, option of birth control.  To remove it as a viable alternative from the curriculum of a sex ed program is irresponsible.  To deem it criminal activity is ludicris.  Seen at :

The Senate will consider the of Cornelia Pillard, a vocal abortion advocate who said abstinence education was unconstitutional for violating “reproductive justice,” to serve as a judge on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals in a hearing Wednesday.
