All 50 State Constitutions Explicitly Thank God for His Benevolence

Did you know every state constitution explicitly thanks God and acknowledges that our nation is dependent upon Him?  I didn't.  It doesn't surprise me that it was written in, but it does surprise me that none have been forced to remove it.  Seen at :

To know the hearts, minds and collective will of our Founding Fathers and American pioneers, one need only look to what they wrote in their respective state constitutions. Most will be amazed to learn that all 50 state constitutions explicitly and unequivocally thank God for his benevolence and acknowledge that we as a nation are dependent upon Him - that He is the sole source of our freedoms. This is true, not just for the "red states," but for the bluest of the blue. ().

Let's start with the most liberal state in the Union: Massachusetts.

We, therefore, the people of Massachusetts, acknowledging, with grateful hearts, the goodness of the great Legislator of the universe, in affording us, in the course of His providence ... and devoutly imploring His direction in so interesting a design, do agree upon, ordain and establish the following ... Constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Holder shows his hand

When Attorney General Eric Holder ordered the Sanford, Fla., police department to hold on to all the evidence in George Zimmerman’s trial following his acquittal on murder and manslaughter charges in the death of Trayvon Martin, he was doing more than signaling the U.S. Justice Department plans to subject the neighborhood watch captain to double jeopardy in violation of the Constitution.

By specifically telling the local police they should not return Zimmerman’s gun, he was telling every American firearms owner he had the power and the intent to take their guns, too.

It’s really a double whammy for the Constitution – the highest law enforcement officer in the federal government blatantly indicating ever-so-subliminally that he holds both the Fifth Amendment and the Second Amendment in utter contempt.

Pelosi Needs a History Lesson

I would love to have asked her how, specifically, stronger gun control protects and defends the Constitution.  Seen at :

used her “” as a means to call for stronger gun control, so she apparently needs to have a history lesson. It is bad enough when a democrat opens their mouth but when something actually comes out, be ready to dodge the turds. First, let us look at the context within the “oath” to refresh our minds.

At the start of each new U.S. Congress, in January of every odd-numbered year, newly elected or re-elected Members of Congress – the entire House of Representatives and one-third of the Senate – must recite an oath:

Obama Judicial Nominee Calls Abstinence Education ‘Unconstitutional’

I believe that sex ed should be the responsibility of the parents.  At the very least the parents should need to consent to the participation of their child in any program at school.

Abstinence is the most reliable, and moral, option of birth control.  To remove it as a viable alternative from the curriculum of a sex ed program is irresponsible.  To deem it criminal activity is ludicris.  Seen at :

The Senate will consider the of Cornelia Pillard, a vocal abortion advocate who said abstinence education was unconstitutional for violating “reproductive justice,” to serve as a judge on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals in a hearing Wednesday.

The Elite’s Agenda Explained in 22 Quotes

Some of these I've read before, others not.  Look at the status and direction of society today; how far off are we from their vision?  Seen at :

1. “In the next century, nations as we know it will be obsolete; all states will recognize a single, global authority. National sovereignty wasn’t such a great idea after all.” — Strobe Talbot, President Clinton’s Deputy Secretary of State, as quoted in Time, July 20th, 1992.

2. “The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of “liberalism” they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” — Norman Thomas, for many years U.S. Socialist Presidential candidate.

3. “Today the path of total dictatorship in the United States can be laid by strictly legal means, unseen and unheard by the Congress, the President, or the people. Outwardly we have a Constitutional government. We have operating within our government and political system, another body representing another form of government – a bureaucratic elite.” — Senator William Jenner, 1954

Liberal "tolerance" stops at Jesus Christ

From :

First of all, let me begin by saying this, I am a sinner; I have done terrible things that I must account for and be held accountable for.  There is only one worthy enough to judge me and that is, Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior.  This is the only one I answer to, first and foremost.  All others are merely out of respect and common decency.

We as Christians are not perfect people; anyone claiming to be, in my opinion, is slightly delusional.  For me personally, I have never questioned the existence of God, but have certainly questioned his reasoning behind some of the events that have taken place over my life time and around me.  I have heard that sometimes when you believe He has not answered your prayers, it is because he felt you needed to be led in a different direction than what you intended.  Sometimes that path isn’t clearly defined, and you must really search and ask His guidance in determining that passage he has opened for you.
